We provide onsite comprehensive and ongoing financial education for your employees.
Our advice is held to the highest legal standard possible – the fiduciary standard. By law we must always put your interests first, disclose or compensation and invoice you for our fees. +
+Most brokers and insurance agents are only required to give you “suitable” advice. They get paid commissions (therefor they will be Series 7 licensed) and you will not get a separate invoice for their fees.

No. Safe Harbor Investment Advisors does not work for and is not affiliated with Vanguard. We are independent advisors that work for only our clients.
Our fees are billed quarterly, in arrears, based upon the market value of The Plan as of the last business day of the quarter. Clients may elect to be billed directly for our fees and pay that fee without using the Plan’s assets or they may choose to instruct a directed trustee or independent custodian to calculate that fee based on our written agreement, and to pay us out of The Plan assets.
Not at this time. Account minimums are currently at $1 million dollars in total plan assets.
For your personal/non-401K accounts, I recommend that all investors cut out the middleman (like me) and work directly with a low cost brokerage firm like Vanguard, Schwab or Fidelity. Buy a few diversified index funds for long-term investments and have short term investments in a mix of cash and FDIC insured Certificates of Deposit. Use the money you save by eliminating those portfolio management fees to hire a good Certified Public Accountant and attorney to help you with tax and estate planning.
After reading my answer above, if you still feel like you need help, Safe Harbor Investment Advisors will handle personal/non-401(k) accounts. Account minimums are currently $500,000 and all prospective clients must be accompanied by a referral from a current client.
